To expedite the review process, our preference is that you e-mail your completed application form to info@mennosimonscentre.com. You will be asked to sign a printed copy as a condition of acceptance into the residence.

ROOM RATES AT THE MENNO SIMONS CENTRE

The room rates listed below are your reference only. Official room rates are listed in the Information and Application packages above. Room selection is subject to availability. IMPORTANT: see the applicable application form for details about the $50 application fee and the $250 damage/holding deposit (or $50 for a stay of 3 weeks or less).

Summer 2010 (May to August 2010):

• $210 per week
• $405 per month for a small or normal room
• $430 per month for a large room

Fall 2010 - Spring 2011 (September 2010 to April 2011):

• small room: $390/month ($1,560 per four month semester, only 2 available)
• normal room: $435/month ($1,740 per four month semester)
• large room: $460/month ($1,840 per four month semester, only 5 available)

You can pay your damage/holding deposit by credit card! Pick your length of stay, then click the "Pay Now" button. NOTE: there is a fee to cover credit card processing costs: $7.62 on a $250 deposit for any stay >3 weeks ($257.62 total) $1.75 on a $50 deposit for a stay of 3 weeks or less ($51.75 total)
